Rope Muscular Warm-Up and Work Out
Using simple rope systems attached to fencing, students use their own weight to participate in muscular strength activities including:
- Modified Pull-Ups
- Tricep Holds
- Bicep Curls
- Tricep Dips
Rope systems can be permanently attached to fencing so that they can be used frequently as a warm-up or to keep all students active if there is not enough court space to accommodate all students in activities taking place on/near the courts.
Tennis Courts or other location with stable fencing
