Instant Pacer Warm Up

No longer do students need to sit on numbers to wait for class to start. As soon as students arrive, they grab pinnies, read posted instructions and begin a dynamic warm-up of modified PACER to teacher pre-programmed playlist. Teacher can take roll as students come in and/or while students are participating in the PACER warm-up.

Teachers may measure out the 20-meter distance of the pacer, or use existing lines on courts or fields. Official PACER audio may be used, or fun playlists can be created that features students' favorite music.
